1. Description of Services & Products
Dream Zone Technology designs, develops, and distributes custom software products and SaaS applications, including the form utility platform FillKar and other upcoming enterprise/utility applications. These products are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We constantly iterate and update our ecosystems, meaning features may change or be temporarily deprecated without prior notice.
2. User Registration and Account Security
Certain digital services may require account creation or secure uploads (e.g., FillKar operator flows). You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or API credentials. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt any code, API, backend database, or server of Dream Zone Technology. Prohibited activities include hosting malicious software, scraping platform data without written consent, or sending unauthorized spam/automated queries.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Zone Technology and its founders, partners, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or platform availability arising from your use or inability to use our tools.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in Kota, Rajasthan, for any legal disputes.
